Frequently asked questions
Parcels not received or lost in the mail
This refers to orders that you have not received in the specified time allocated by the shipping provider.
To follow up on this issue I will require the tracking number, so that I may be able to open a support case with my shipping provider.
If this case finds that the parcel has in fact been lost and not postponed, I will be able to offer to refund or to resend the order.
If you have chosen a shipping option that does not include a tracking option, I can not offer either of these options!
Custom and personalised orders
For custom ordered items, I will only be offering a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available, but please message or leave a note on the sale if needed.
How do you charge shipping?
The shipping is decided by order and NOT charged per item.
The prices listed are for a std tracked parcel, good up to 500g.
So splitting the order with a friend, or getting a few things, will help making the best of the shipping.
